i loved how close the hotel was to southchurch park, perfect for a leisurely walk, and the charming cliff gardens were just a short stroll away, making my weekend really enjoyable as i took in the sights and sounds of the area during my stay.

Had a lovely stay! The sea view was stunning from my balcony, and the shower was a surprise highlight with its own view! The large TV was perfect for relaxing at night. Would visit again!

There were only two medium towels provided, and hand towels were non-existent, which left us a bit underprepared. The window treatments were shorter than the windows, leading to a lack of privacy, especially with light flooding in at dawn. We faced issues with the bathroom feeling uncomfortable at night due to its misted window without covering, and the cracked radiator cover gave the room a slightly neglected vibe. On top of that, we ran out of drinking water—something to note since room service shuts down at 9 pm. The whole place could stand some TLC. the bathroom had a slight odor, and we had to ask for new towels due to cleanliness concerns. It's not a complete disaster, but there's definitely room for improvement.
